Ok, let’s change things up a little … no more dirty diesel truck machinations! Let’s have some sweet music in our lives, eh?
A friend of mine recently emailed a link to me with a song by the acapella group “Home Free”. I loved it, so I listened to lots more of their music. Man, these guys are good. Ok, they’re country for sure, maybe a little down home country … but is that bad? Nope, not in my book.
Here’s the song that my friend emailed to me. Sent chills right through me.
Besides the message, listen to their music, it’s so delicious.
Ok, next video. This one made me cry, so watch out. As the text in the video says at the beginning, “The strongest people are those who win battles we know nothing about.” Don’t worry, a really fun video is coming right after this one … I promise! But please listen to this one.
Ok, dry your eyes, we’re moving onto something snappy and fun … but, please, don’t be shy about telling those you love that you love them, tell them! It matters. Tell them.
And now. Here’s a FUN song! A whole bunch of fun songs. 🙂 In fact, I’ll bet money that you’ll be rockin’ in your chair even with the first few beats of the very first song. Turn your sound UP! Yo ho!!
If you want to watch more videos from “Home Free”, here’s a link to a list of their videos … https://homefreemusic.com/pages/videos.
Whatever your style and genre of music, go listen, go play it, just go do it and enjoy it. 🙂
I fall in love with these guys with the first song, then they make me cry with the second song, then I’m dancing in my chair with the third song. They are versatile!
Versatile indeed!
Great group, important messages. Fun sea songs!
Yes, yes, and yes. 🙂
That was great, Ann. Thanks! Nice to end with the upbeat music even tho the other two are really important.
You’re welcome, David. Let’s not forget that important stuff, but yes let’s end with “happy”. 🙂
How do you find this stuff? Super great!
I find things online when I’m surfing the net, but friends send me some of the non-camping stuff too. If you or any other readers here have ideas for blog posts, just say the word.
Wow, this group is extraordinary! Thanks Ann. 🙂
You are welcome. 🙂
I play that last video several times a day. Damn they’re good!
Ha! I have been playing that video several times a day too, Steve. Dancin’ in my chair. 🙂
Heave her up my bully, bully boys … whoop. Great songs and really great acapella group. I like those other two videos too, Ann. Really important messages.
Those other two videos are important, very important. I hope everyone listens and takes them to heart. And … it’s also important to smile and dance and have fun and be happy. “Soon, may the wellerman come, to bring us sugar and tea and rum!” 🙂
